- Nursery and K1-K3 Classes application form is available online for download from our school website or obtain from school in person.

＊For those applying for K2 or K3 Classes, please include the student handbook and assessment records from your current school.

Application and Registration Fees
- Application fees: $40 (no refunds will be made once applications have been filed)
＊To be paid during submissions; our school only accepts cash or cheque.
＊Payable to: Yan Oi Tong Dan Yang Wing Man Kindergarten ; and write the name of the child on the back on the cheque.
＊Those who are applying by mail must pay by cheque. Do NOT mail cash.
- Submit the admission form with the supporting document(s) to our school in person or by post.
Mondays to Fridays : 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (except public holidays)
Saturdays : 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (except public holidays)

Interview Arrangement(2025/26 School Year)
★The school will arrange to meet all the children who have applied for admission.
★PN and K1 interview will be arranged in 9th November, 2024 and time will be sent by post to applicants in due time.
★Small group / individual
★Accompanied by one parent or guardian
★Please contact our school at 2706 0827 for any interpretation or translation service.
Announcement of Admission Result
Admission list will be put at the school front door and sent to the admitted candidates and candidates on the waiting list by post in 11th November,2024.
Admission Criterion
- Interview performance
- Preferential conditions:
★ Sibling(s) currently studying in our school
★ Sibling(s) graduated from our school
★ Students of nursery class in our school
★ Parents are staff members of our organization
★ Families in need will be given due priority consideration applying for the whole-day classes
Registration Arrangement
- Successful applicants should complete the registration procedures from 2ndto 4thJanuary, 2025, the “Centralized Registration Dates” by submitting the original of the “Registration Certificate/ Kindergarten Admission Pass” to our kindergarten and pay the registration fee $970 (half-day classes) / $1570 (whole-day classes).
- If parents decide to change to another school after registration, please notify our kindergarten in writing. We will return the “Registration Certificate”, but the registration fee will not be refunded. And we will no longer keep the school place for the child.
- When there are still some available places after the “Centralized Registration Day”, applicants on the waiting list will be notified and arranged for registration by phone.
Support for Non-Chinese Speaking Students Admission
- English translation service will be arranged when necessary.
- Cantonese-speaking relatives or friends are welcomed to accompany the non-Chinese speaking student for the interview for better communication.

2025/ 2026 Admission Application for K1

★K1 applicant needs to apply “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” (Click to Browse) from the Education Bureau between September to November for the coming school year.
